The research proposal titled “DESIGNING OF APPLICATION OF SPACE PROGRAM” of Ms. Jasleen Josan, final year student of Aeronautical Engineering Department, was selected in the competition conducted by NASA from 6th to 8th June 2014 at Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL 35811. She has been invited for the Second phase of the competition which is going to be held in Russia in May 2015. Her another research paper on “MATHEMATICAL APPLICATION IN AEROSPACE FOR SAFETY MEASURES”, in American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE 2014) which was held in Orlando, Florida US from 8thto 11th June, 2014 was also won the first prize for the best presentation.
