In this placement offer, the students are presented with offers with Cost of Company (CTC) of 10 Lakhs and above per annum. Last year, about 50 companies offered such placements. Among them, Diverta has offered the highest CTC of 41 lakhs per annum.
Dream Companies
The companies whoever offer between 5.5 LPA and 10 LPA will be considered as Dream companies. One condition of this category is that, if the CTC (Salary – Cost To Company) difference between the existing offer and the dream offer is less than a 1.5 LPA, then those students will not be allowed for the dream company. For Ex: Existing offer is 5 LPA and another dream company if offering 6.49 LPA. Then they are not allowed. But, 6.5 LPA and above are allowed for this case of example.
Super Dream Companies
The companies whoever offer above 10 LPA will be considered as Super Dream companies. The condition to this category is that, if the CTC difference between the existing offer and the Super dream offer is less than 3 LPA, then those students will not be allowed for the dream company. For Ex: Existing offer is 9.5 LPA and the Super Dream company if offering 12.49 LPA. Then they are not allowed. But, 12.5 LPA and above is allowed for this case of example.

Any deviation to these rules will be communicated to you in advance. For ex: if any recruiter offering a 8 LPA and telling us strictly that, the selected students should not be allowed even for a 15 LPA offer - Then we have to go by the recruiter. Under such cases, we will alert you on that through a written communication also. It is up to the students to decide whether to attend or not. They can even pull out after the presentation also.
