Dr.A.Sivasangari ,Professor and Dean – Startup joined Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology in 2008. She has secured her UG degree in Kalasalingam College of engineering and her Masters in Govt College of Engineering, Tirunelveli. She was awarded Doctorate from Sathyabama Institute of science and technology for her research area titled " Studies on the Design of ECG-Based Lightweight Security Scheme for Wireless Body Area Network". She was awarded Post doctoral fellowship from Florida University, US. She has 20+ years of teaching experience. She has published nearly 165 papers in various reputed National and International Journals and Conferences. Her field of interest is Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, cyber security and wearable Technologies. She received six granted patents and published 13 patents for innovative applications.
