Prof. Bhuvaneswari S., Head of the Department of Medical & Surgical Nursing, is an academician with comprehensive clinical and theoretical knowledge through excellent organizing and coordinating skills using orientation to research and evidence-based practices. Pursuing a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence in Nursing Education under the astounding guidance of Dr.L.Lakshmiat SRM Institute of Science & Technology, is highly interested in technology-based learning and enhancing nursing skills thereby. Well-experienced in conducting skill development & training programs at the National level. Proficient in leadership and strategic thinking and technical skills gained through 12 years of service in Nursing Education & Administration. Heading the department in implementing the curriculum as well as planning out the learning experiences in various clinical scenarios Demonstrates excellent physical dexterity and strong leadership with a detail-oriented approach. Collaborates with medical practitioners to incorporate nursing research & processes into the plan of care for a specialized group of patients.
