UGC University Grants Commission has graded SATHYABAMA INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CATEGORY-1 DEEMED TO BE UNIVERSITY. We Thank All Our Students, Parents, Faculty, Alumni, Recruiters, Press, Media and Well Wishers.

Objectives:

To raise awareness among the students about IIOT technologies and their potential application in various domains.
To provide opportunity for the students to develop their skill in IIOT related areas such as programming, sensor technologies and data analytics.

Activities:

IIOT club conducted a hands-on training on "Proteas tools" on 14.03.2024. Dr.Anbarasi J , Faculty of School of EEE and team trained the student participants in this workshop.

IIOT club conducted a competition on 07.02.2024. In this event students presented their ideas of projects using sensors and students' knowledge on IIOT was tested using questionnaires.

IIOT club conducted an orientation session on 18.11.2023. In this inaugural event of the club , the office bearers explained the objectives, roadmap and the significance of the club . The inaugural session was delivered by Dr.M.Sugadev on the evolution of the IOT and applications of sensors in various fields.
