Dr.Kalam Club  has conducted a seminar on Internship Training through peer to peer learning mode on 
 18th July, 2019.  Student participants received information about trending technical domains and the essentials required for an effective internship training. 

Dr.Kalam Club has conducted a workshop on “Industry Ready Engineer” on 5th July, 2019.  Mr.D.Rathinasabapathy is a retired Assistant General Manager, Improvement Cell of Ashok Leyland; he has trained the participants on topics such as Competency, Cause and Effect and Solution and Implementation.

Dr. Kalam Club of Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology has conducted a workshop on “Haptic Arm Robotics” on 19th and 20th March, 2019. Students obtained hands on experience.

On mark of our former President Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s anniversary ( 27.7.18), Dr.Kalam’s  club organized  two days programme  on “Basics and Hands on workshop in ARDUINO”.  This workshop covered the hands on training in developing a Line follower BOT. D

A National level project display 2K15 on 15th October 2015

The club has taken a budding initiative and organized a National level project display 2K15 on a special occasion of Dr.Kalam’s 84th birth anniversary. Dr.Mariazeena Johnson, Director of the University has inaugurated the event and delivered the motivational speech to the students. The idea behind this event is to create a forum for the young innovative minds to share their knowledge in the field of Engineering and Technology. Students from various parts of Tamilnadu have participated in the event and shared their ideas. Axis global solutions, Chennai has sponsored the internship programme with scholarship for first five teams.
