Dr. Bhuvaneswari G. has been serving at the School of   Management Studies –Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology since 2003.Her doctoral thesis is on Customer Relationship Management in Corporate Hospitals. She teaches Strategic Marketing and Entrepreneurship in the MBA program. She has published papers in national peer- reviewed journals and presented papers at national and international conferences.
